It is safe and takes up less space than an actual booster or car seat. With a truck the extension padding that velcros to the vest works well because my child's head doesn't rest against the back window and I think that is safer. |

We visited Europe this winter and the Travel Vest was perfect for the rental car. It was so easy we put them in the suitcase and checked in before the flight. Wow that was easy |
